The Tameer 2.0 Coaching Center (M-CAT / E-CAT) was established by Tooba Foundation to provide scholarship-based coaching and entry test preparation for deserving students aspiring to pursue higher education. The project aimed to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by offering structured academic support to students from low-income backgrounds.
