The Tooba Foundation is a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities across Pakistan. Our mission is to provide essential services, including microfinance, education support, food aid, healthcare, and seasonal welfare programs. Through initiatives like scholarships, housing repairs, and marriage assistance, we strive to foster sustainable growth and empower individuals. Since our inception, The Tooba Foundation has been committed to transforming lives, investing significantly in our various charitable programs to create a lasting impact on society.
A society where one shares his / her resources with the other and no one begs, cheats, steals, hates other human soul. In other words the society becomes a true representation of Islamic Ideology and is based on the principles of social justice, brother hood, compassion, and equity.
The Tooba Foundation ® was established in 2011 with the objective of providing interest free loans to the poor so as to enhance their standard of living. Drawing on the principles of social justice and brotherhood, The Tooba Foundation strives to alleviate poverty by creating a system based on mutual support in society. To this end, The Tooba Foundation has adopted interest free loans as its operational strategy with the loans being offered in accordance with the doctrines of Qarz-e-Hassana.
The Tooba Foundation levies no interest on its loans, operates through religious places and seeks to inspire and harness the spirit of volunteerism in society. The mandate of this organization extends beyond financial transactions as it makes every effort to guide, support and empower the poor.

In 2024, we provided PKR 14.66 million in interest-free loans to 492 individuals, helping them build businesses, manage education, and meet health or housing needs. Our bike repair service supported over 2,000 riders who rely on motorcycles for their livelihood. Through scholarships and education aid, we empowered over 900 students by covering fees, uniforms, and supplies. To fight hunger, we delivered rations to more than 1,000 families and offered special Ramadan and Fitrah packages. We arranged dignified weddings for 27 deserving girls and distributed thousands of warm clothes and blankets during winter. Our healthcare initiative issued 5,633 health cards, served 8,800 patients at our clinic, and launched a physiotherapy center. We also completed home repairs for 12 families and installed four water boring systems. During Eid-ul-Adha, our Qurbani and Sadaqah efforts fed over 3,800 families, while Eid gifts brought joy to thousands of women and children. We continue to empower women and Khawaja Sira individuals through skill training, loans, and regular support—ensuring inclusion, dignity, and hope for all.

The Tooba Foundation’s Interest-Free Loan Program empowers individuals from low-income communities to start small businesses, pay for education, seek medical help, or build essential housing structures. In 2024, the foundation disbursed over PKR 14.66 million in loans to 492 beneficiaries, providing them with the financial means to become self-reliant and improve their quality of life without falling into debt.
Targeting daily wage workers who depend on motorcycles for their livelihood, this project offers affordable and subsidized bike repair services. In 2024, more than 2,000 motorcycles were serviced, helping breadwinners continue earning without the burden of costly repairs.
Through its merit-based scholarship program, the foundation awarded Rs. 55,000 each to 80 outstanding students who passed MDCAT and ECAT exams. This financial support enabled them to secure admissions in top universities across Pakistan, fostering the next generation of doctors and engineers from underprivileged backgrounds.
Tooba Foundation believes every child deserves access to education. In 2024, the foundation covered monthly school fees for 40 students and distributed uniforms, shoes, bags, and stationery to 813 children, ensuring they could study with dignity and without barriers.
Aimed at fighting hunger and food insecurity, the foundation ran several ration programs. These included daily rations for 410 families, subsidized ration packs for 300 individuals, and special Ramadan packages for 300 families—feeding nearly 2,000 people during the holy month.
The Marriage Support Program helped 27 deserving girls get married in a respectful manner by providing complete dowry packages and organizing wedding events, ensuring that financial constraints do not stop families from fulfilling this important life milestone.
To help vulnerable communities survive the harsh winter, the foundation distributed 850 blankets and 1,460 hoodies, including warm clothing for those in correction centers. This initiative brought warmth and comfort to hundreds who would otherwise struggle in freezing conditions.
In 2024, the foundation issued 5,633 health cards covering major medical expenses, including Rs. 400,000 general coverage and Rs. 60,000 for maternity care. Their community clinic treated over 8,800 patients, while a new physiotherapy center was established to provide affordable rehabilitation services to the physically challenged.
The foundation helped renovate and repair 12 homes for families living in unsafe conditions, providing them with a secure and dignified living space. Additionally, four water boring projects were completed in water-scarce areas, ensuring access to clean water for many.
During Eid-ul-Adha 2024, the foundation carried out Qurbani of 65 cows and 85 goats, distributing meat to 3,865 families. Separate Sadaqah meat distributions from cows, goats, and rams reached countless households, bringing nourishment and joy to those in need.
To ensure that even the less fortunate could celebrate Eid with happiness, the foundation distributed Eid suits to 500 women and 2,700 children. Mehndi and bangles were gifted to 6,000 girls, and Fitrah packages containing vermicelli, sugar, and milk were given to 150 families.
